Senior Service Advisor
13-year tenured Customer Service Professional
John is our senior Service Advisor. He has been perfecting and enhancing the level of customer service he provides to all his customers for more than 20 years! Before joining the team at Revolution Automotive, John had spent 13-year tenured Customer Service Professional at several locations along the shores of the Charles River in the Boston area. When John first decided to take the leap into automotive, he was a little skeptical of the industry. But, after meeting Owner and Team Leader Alan Symmes, it was very clear to him that he and Alan both had very high expectations regarding the level of customer service, ethics and care they would offer their customers, vendors and co-workers alike. John now enjoys guiding customers through the sometimes complicated, not so fun, process of vehicle repair and maintenance.
When he’s not assisting customers at Revolution, John likes spending his time with his partner Larry and his dog Rocky doing any number of things that involve friends, the outdoors, visiting family and friends where he grew up in the White Mountains of New Hampshire as well as any sort of boating!
